Why Haloglide
Most forestry operations can prove their timber is legal. The proof is just in the wrong place: harvest dockets in a filing cabinet, plot maps on somebody's laptop, contractor declarations in email. A buyer or a regulator asks for it and the answer takes weeks, if it arrives at all.

Industry challenges
Timber and rubberwood entering the EU now need the coordinates of the land it was harvested from, with the deforestation free position evidenced. Coordinates held on paper, or nowhere at all, stop a shipment before it leaves.
Standing stock, replanting and harvest cycles are the basis of the credit. If the underlying records are reconstructed after the fact, verification stalls and the claim gets discounted or refused.
Felling crews, contractors and haulage sit several steps away from the buyer. Modern slavery reporting asks you to speak for that layer, and most operations have no structured record of who worked which coupe.
How Haloglide helps
Plot, tree, stem, log, timber batch and commercial lot each carry their own identity and their own history, so a finished consignment resolves back to the individual stems it came from. The same felling chain is already configured and running for rubberwood.
Coordinates and boundary files are recorded against the plot when it is registered, by the person standing on it, and travel with every log that leaves it. Deforestation free reporting draws on that record rather than a separate mapping exercise.
Satellite and science sources including Copernicus Sentinel and NASA fire detection sit against each plot, covering forest cover change, land use and protected area overlap. Runs are dated and repeatable, so an assessment made last season can be shown exactly as it stood.
Due diligence statements for regulators and provenance statements for customers are generated from the same records, in marketing, factual or full product information form, each with a public link and a scannable code.
Plot boundaries, species, harvest and replanting events are captured once and feed the Verra and ProTerra toolkits that ship configured. Verification bodies read the source record instead of a spreadsheet you assembled for them.
Crew, contractor, permit and haulage declarations are recorded as tasks against the felling and transport events they belong to, so a modern slavery response is a query rather than a survey.
